The Challenge
The client was facing a significantly large backlog, slowing the progress on their project due to their reliance on manual testing for a large number of test cases.

The customer also praised the fluid communication between their engineers and our team, which allowed for quick adaptation to new technologies and flexible project prioritization based on end-user demands. In April 2022, Jalasoft assigned an Automation Engineer to the project to help the client achieve their goal of incorporating quality engineering processes into their development process. To accomplish the goals, our team used various tools including Cypress, Allure TestOps and Jenkins. They ran automated tests in operating systems such as Windows (with Chrome and Firefox browsers) and MacOS.
